Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Strategist Performance Marketing to lead strategy and client success for high-performing advertising campaigns. This role blends client-facing account management with hands-on strategy development, requiring a deep knowledge of paid social and search platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy (30%)

  • Understand client business objectives and KPIs.
  • Define account strategy based on budgets, goals, and in-market trends.
  • Analyze campaign data to recommend strategic improvements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketers to deliver best-in-class ad execution.

Account Management (60%)

  • Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships.
  • Conduct weekly client meetings to present reports, provide campaign updates, and guide strategic decisions.
  • Support clients in leveraging Valid tools and address all media-related queries.

Product Collaboration (10%)

  • Partner with engineering and product management teams.
  • Translate marketing workflows into product features that enhance the ads experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 5+ years in performance marketing, with at least 2+ years in an agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing $250,000+/month ad spend across:

    • Meta
    • TikTok
    • Google
    • Additional advertising platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply statistical methods to campaign data.
  • Track record as a client-facing senior point of contact.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading and managing a marketing team.
  • Mobile app advertising experience, including:

    • MMPs (Adjust, Appsflyer, AirBridge, Singular, etc.)
    • Apple Search Ads
    • SKAN/iOS attribution knowledge
