About the job Nurse Practitioner
We are looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner with an interest in primary care to join our dynamic team at Better Health Medical. The Nurse Practitioner will provide support in handling day-to-day medical and administrative tasks.
The hours for the position would ideally be:
Monday-Thursday 1pm - 8pm or | Friday 8am - 5pm | Saturday 8am - 12nn
Responsibilities:
- Help provide primary care to patients under the supervision of our physician
- Participate in medical procedures
- Make use of evidence-based medicine procedures by utilizing quality and cost effective care
- Perform a variety of admin tasks including performing tests and exams, make assessments, and monitor the general well-being of our patients
- Help explain aspects of health care to patients and educate them about problems and solutions.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a primary care setting
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a science or health related field
- Licensed Physician Assistant/ Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Must have comprehensive and current clinical experience in cardiac care as a NP or PACs
- Can work independently
- Can start anytime
