About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, board-certified Sleep Medicine Physician to join our growing multidisciplinary team. You’ll play a vital role in diagnosing and managing sleep disorders, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing quality of life through evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients with sleep-related disorders (e.g., insomnia, sleep apnea, narcolepsy, parasomnias)

• Interpret sleep studies (PSG, HSAT, MSLT, MWT) and provide actionable treatment plans

• Collaborate with primary care providers, pulmonologists, neurologists, and behavioral health specialists

• Prescribe and manage CPAP/BiPAP therapy and other treatment modalities

• Educate patients and families on sleep hygiene and long-term care strategies

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical case reviews

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in Sleep Medicine

• Active medical license in Texas

• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills

• Excellent communication and patient education abilities

• Experience with EMR systems and sleep study interpretation software
