With rapid expansion, we are seeking a Director of Client Marketing & Strategy to lead client relationships, oversee marketing execution, and guide our team to the next level of excellence.

Top Priorities (in order of importance)

1. Client Communication Excellence (Non-Negotiable)

  • Manage 40+ active clients simultaneously while delivering exceptional service.

  • Build trust, maintain long-term relationships, and ensure clients feel heard, supported, and confident in our work.

  • Thrive in client-facing situations and proactively resolve challenges before they escalate.

2. Marketing Strategy & Lead Generation Expertise

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable ROI.

  • Strong copywriting foundation and deep understanding of core marketing principles.

  • Experience with Facebook group lead generation is a plus, but not required.

3. Proven Leadership

  • Successfully led teams of 10+ people, driving accountability, performance, and professional growth.

  • Inspire, mentor, and hold team members accountable to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all client communication, strategy planning, and performance reviews.

  • Oversee delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Work closely with the leadership team to set priorities and allocate resources effectively.

  • Manage and develop the marketing team, ensuring high performance and consistent results.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and client growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a senior marketing role with direct client management experience.

  • Proven track record of managing 40+ concurrent accounts while maintaining high satisfaction.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ members.

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach when needed.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
