With rapid expansion, we are seeking a Director of Client Marketing & Strategy to lead client relationships, oversee marketing execution, and guide our team to the next level of excellence.

1. Client Communication Excellence (Non-Negotiable)

Manage 40+ active clients simultaneously while delivering exceptional service.

2. Marketing Strategy & Lead Generation Expertise

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable ROI.

Strong copywriting foundation and deep understanding of core marketing principles.

Experience with Facebook group lead generation is a plus, but not required.
3. Proven Leadership

Key Responsibilities

Lead all client communication, strategy planning, and performance reviews.

Oversee delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Work closely with the leadership team to set priorities and allocate resources effectively.

Manage and develop the marketing team, ensuring high performance and consistent results.

Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and client growth.
Requirements

5+ years in a senior marketing role with direct client management experience.

Proven track record of managing 40+ concurrent accounts while maintaining high satisfaction.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ members.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach when needed.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
