We've recently launched our proprietary marketing framework, The Compass OS, a fractional CMO subscription product that bridges strategy and execution for scaling brands. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team that values autonomy, deep work, and impactful campaigns.
Position Overview:
Were looking for a
Meta Media Buyer with 3-5 years of recent,
hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
You'll support a seasoned Senior Media Buyer and help execute,
optimize, and test campaigns across a variety of client accounts lead
generation, direct purchase, and brand awareness.
This role requires someone who's not only comfortable pushing buttons in Ads Manager, but who understands modern Meta strategies in a post-iOS14 and AI-driven landscape. Familiarity with variation testing, creative-first optimization, and platform best practices is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for multiple clients
- Implement A/B tests, creative variations, and frequency management strategies
- Collaborate with team members in Basecamp and Slack to ensure timely deliverables
- Analyze performance using platform-native insights and client dashboards
- Maintain creative rigor and strategic alignment across varying client goals
- Report asynchronously through Loom and dashboards; minimal meeting culture
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of recent, full-time Meta Ads experience
- Experience running campaigns across varied objectives (leads, purchases, awareness)
- Deep understanding of creative-led optimization and Metas AI ecosystem
- Ability to manage multiple account types in a single day with agility and focus
- Strong written English and self-management skills
- Available for partial overlap with Central Time (10AM - 6PM CT ideal)
- Bonus: Experience with Google Ads or YouTube campaigns (higher pay band consideration)
Nice to Have:
- Experience in faith-driven or purpose-led brand campaigns
- Spanish or bilingual communication skills (not required but helpful)
- Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, Slack, Basecamp, and Loom
