Job Overview:
We're looking for a skilled and strategic Email Marketing Specialist to help turn our growing newsletter list into qualified discovery calls. This role is part-time and remote, with flexible hours and potential to grow based on results.

Responsibilities:

• Audit and optimize our current email marketing setup (Beehiiv)

• Build automated email flows (welcome, re-engagement, etc.)

• Segment and tag subscribers to improve targeting

• Write B2B copy that drives bookings

• Track performance and suggest improvements

• Collaborate with the content team on strategy and execution

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing

• Proficiency in Beehiiv, Klaviyo, or similar tools

• Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and analytics

• Experience writing B2B marketing copy

• Knowledge of lead generation funnels

Nice to Have:

• Background in B2B agencies or consultancies

• Experience with lead magnets, webinars, or lifecycle marketing

• Basic design skills using Beehiiv or Canva
