About Us
The Feed Media is a performance marketing agency specializing in growth for newsletter brands,
established personal brands, and select e-commerce companies.
We work with clients like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Tyler Denk (founder @ beehiiv), The Points Guy,
Jesse Pujji, and DTC brands like MDhair.
The Role
As a growth marketer, you'll serve as the "CEO" of your client accounts, owning the entire creative process from research to execution to performance analysis. You'll develop breakthrough creative strategies, write compelling hooks and scripts, analyze performance data to optimize campaigns, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate blends creative intuition with data-driven decision making.
This role will manage 1-2 client accounts for 5-10 hours per week and is designed to work well if you are already working on something full-time and want to add $1-4k to your monthly income / have extra bandwidth.
Here are examples of full-time people who have (actively, or in the past) worked with us on a part-time basis:
1. Growth marketer at a founder-focused newsletter brand
2. Creative strategist at 8-figure DTC supplement brand
3. Funnel marketing at an 8-figure European earplug brand
4. Head of creative strategy at a DTC agency
All role competencies below are the same between FT and part-time. Part-time marketers are paid per account and typically work with 1-2 accounts at a time.
Core Responsibilities
Creative Strategy (25%)
Research audience segments, pain points, dream outcomes, and objections through Reddit, reviews, competitor analysis, and social listening
Develop detailed persona profiles and identify strategic angles that will resonate with target audiences
Stay ahead of creative trends by actively following platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and industry thought leaders
Use research tools like Meta Ad Library and competitor analysis to identify winning creative approaches
Create comprehensive creative strategy documents that guide campaign development Creative Execution (25%)
Write compelling hooks, scripts, and body copy that drives engagement and conversions
Develop detailed creative briefs for UGC creators, designers, and video editors
Direct creative production, including shot selection, visual storytelling, and brand consistency
Understand pattern interruption techniques and hook mechanisms that stop the scroll
Work with our designers and video editors to create concepts
Meta Ads Management (25%)
Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns, including audience targeting and budget allocation
Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPM, CTR, conversion rate, CPA/CPL) to identify winning creative
Understand what constitutes good performance across different metrics and industries
Connect creative decisions to performance outcomes and iterate based on data Client Management (25%)
Distill performance data into actionable insights for clients
Lead client meetings with confidence
Communicate creative rationale effectively to stakeholders
Set meeting agendas, provide regular updates, and maintain clear documentation
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills
Ability to write ad concepts that result in strong UGC ads like this
Understanding of core ad metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL)
Self-starter mentality who can drive projects forward independently
Excellent communication - you will be driving client check-in calls within the first 30 days on your own
Nice-to-Have Skills
Direct Meta ad campaign management experience
Great if you've worked with newsletter brands or information products, but not required

You drive projects forward/are high-agency - you tell us what you're doing, why, and if there are roadblocks, how you think they can be solved
You're the type of person who naturally studies ads while scrolling, reverse-engineers successful campaigns, and gets excited about finding that perfect hook
You can take ownership of client relationships and confidently lead strategy meetings
While we don't expect expertise in all four competency areas (Creative Strategy, Creative Execution,
Meta Ads Management, Client Management), you should feel 10/10 in at least two with a willingness to develop in the others.
