Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead SEO strategy, manage campaigns, and guide a small team of SEO administrators. The ideal candidate is proactive, independent, technically strong, and comfortable interacting with clients directly.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of SEO administrators
• Communicate directly with clients, offering strategy and performance updates
• Conduct in-depth SEO audits and troubleshoot technical SEO issues
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
• Develop and implement SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile (GBP) management, citation building, and backlink outreach

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Ability to lead multiple campaigns and meet deadlines consistently
• Strong understanding of modern SEO practices as of 2025
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable in a client-facing role

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities

Work Schedule

• Part-time: 20 hours per week to start
• Potential to move to full-time based on performance and needs
• Business hours are based on Eastern Time (working hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM BG Time)

Hiring Process
