Freelance Media Buyer & Creative Strategist (Meta Ads)

About the Role

Were looking for a strategic, hands-on Freelance Media Buyer & Creative Strategist to run paid social campaigns for one local-business client and one B2B client. You'll own Meta ad performance end-to-end planning, creative, execution, and reporting 20 hours per week.

What You'll Do

  • Campaign Management: Build, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ads

  • Creative Development: Design static ads in Canva (or Figma) aligned to each clients brand

  • Copywriting & AI Research: Use ChatGPT (or similar) to draft compelling ad copy, angles, and audience insights

  • Local Promotions & Webinars/Newsletters: Leverage ad strategies for local-market offers, webinar sign-ups, or newsletter growth

  • Testing & Iteration: Continuously A/B test offers, visuals, and messaging

  • Reporting: Track key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS) and communicate results clearly

What Were Looking For

  • 3+ years hands-on experience running Meta ads especially for local businesses, webinars, or newsletters

  • Proficiency in Canva for creating your own ad graphics

  • Strong copywriting skills with proven performance results

  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager: custom audiences, retargeting, lead forms, etc.

  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT or equivalent) to enhance research and copy workflows

  • Self-sufficient, proactive, and deadline-driven

Bonus Points

  • Agency or freelance background

  • Experience with B2B ad campaigns

  • Familiarity with TikTok or Google Ads
