Job Description

What you'll do

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals.
  • Conduct market research to identify client needs and opportunities.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to win new business.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
  • Independently generate new business opportunities and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and maintain an organized pipeline.

What we're looking for

  • Proven B2B SaaS sales experience (2+ years) with a track record of closing.
  • Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2) with strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Experience working remotely in a high-performance sales role.
  • Results-driven, with a hunger for success and growth.
  • Willingness to travel to Madrid for the initial onboarding (3 weeks).
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset; locally based in Spain with valid work authorization.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • EU passport or valid work permit for Spain.
