Agile Service Delivery Manager

Description/Role:
We are hiring an Agile Service Delivery Manager within the Data Build Cluster. This role bridges vendor-based scrum teams and internal governance stakeholders, ensuring agile delivery performance, operational alignment, and continuous improvement. The ASDM will monitor sprint delivery, manage KPIs, and act as a key escalation point while fostering agile maturity across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor sprint delivery and ensure commitments are met
• Track and challenge delivery KPIs (velocity, quality, stability, incident trends)
• Act as an operational escalation point for vendor teams
• Manage service delivery and vendor contracts
• Consolidate insights and report to governance stakeholders
• Advocate agile ways of working and support team autonomy
• Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency
• Coach and guide teams, ensuring quality and SLA compliance
• Initiate and lead service improvement projects
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across delivery layers

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Relevant Masters degree
• Minimum 7 years of experience in service delivery, vendor management, and agile environments
• Strong understanding of technology and service management in telecom or similar sectors
• Experience with KPI analysis and reporting
