To fuel our growth, were looking for a Sales Representative / Business Developer to expand our client base, build long-term relationships, and close deals with companies in need of IT consultants.

What You'll Do

  • New Business Development Proactively identify and engage mid-sized companies and large enterprises that need IT freelancers.
  • Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term success.
  • Consultative Sales Understand client hiring challenges, position Godit as the best solution, and provide tailored recruitment support.
  • Negotiation & Closing Own the full sales cyclefrom first contact to contract signing.
  • Market Intelligence Stay on top of industry trends and client needs to refine our approach and gain a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless process in delivering top-tier candidates.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience (preferably in recruitment, HR, or IT staffing).
  • A hunter mentalityyou thrive on building relationships and closing deals.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills with the ability to sell value, not just services.
  • Fluency in Dutch & English (French is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Understanding of IT or a strong willingness to learn.
