About the job Network Engineer
Were seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer for a 6-month freelance assignment, with potential extension. You will support a team of 15 engineers in delivering large-scale B2B roll-outs. This role is hands-on and highly technical, requiring strong networking knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot in complex environments.
Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to the IP services and field teams during B2B roll-outs

Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues to ensure seamless service delivery

Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of networking hardware including:

Cisco Catalyst
-
SD-WAN
-
Meraki (wireless, switching, SDN)
-
MPLS-VPN (Nokia core, HP CPE)

Requirements & Qualifications:
Must Have:

CCNP certification or equivalent experience

Fluent in Dutch and English

Experience with:

Cisco Catalyst
-
SD-WAN
-
Meraki
-
HP (Comware)
-
Nokia (SRoS, Nuage)

Linux

CLI configuration and troubleshooting

Solid understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, VPN, routing, switching)
Nice to Have:

Knowledge of French

Understanding of network security principles

Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
