About the job Business Analyst
The Business Analyst optimizes business value by analyzing and designing insights, concepts, and solutions for existing and future challenges or business needs. They present opportunities for improvement and act as a bridge between the business and technical teams.
Responsibilities

Analyze business needs, challenges, and questions. Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze their impact on processes, organization, customer experience, and systems.

Determine and facilitate solution direction. Work with architects and technical teams to examine possible solutions and their impact on the organization, customer experience, costs, and processes.

Document chosen solutions, ensuring quality and legal compliance. Explain these to technical teams for implementation and align with business stakeholders.

Determine acceptance criteria and guide stakeholders in carrying out required actions, including testing solutions.

Act as a point of contact and domain expert for internal stakeholders and external partners. Maintain consistent documentation for the business domain.

Provide factual and statistical information to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Requirements & Qualifications

Masters, Bachelors, or Engineering degree
-
5 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in English; Dutch and/or French is an asset

Strong knowledge of business strategy and domain

Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving approach

Technical (or IT) affinity and experience

Experience with process modeling, management, and documentation
