About the job Project Manager
The Transformation team, enables the organization to navigate daily operational and business activities through guidance, standardization, and data-driven improvements. To support our mission, we are looking for a Project Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities

Perform analysis, conceptual design, and implement innovative concepts for business transformation and operational initiatives.

Manage projects within timing, scope, and budget; monitor dependencies and translate scope into roadmaps, deliverables, and schedules.

Act as a bridge between business, operations, and technology, maximizing business value and customer impact.

Define and accept End-to-End solutions with stakeholders, coach for correct implementation, and facilitate change management.

Coordinate documentation of solutions, processes, and reporting in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications

Masters degree in business or technology or equivalent experience.

Strong track record in delivering complex projects.

Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Knowledge of business & operational processes and technical domains (IT & network).

Ability to assess impact on customer journey, partner collaboration, and internal organization.
-
Experience with stakeholder management up to C-level.

Excellent communication, prioritization, and project management skills.
-
Can-do mentality and helicopter view.
-
Experience in telecommunications (HFC and/or FTTH) is a plus.
-
Experience with change management is an asset.
