Description/Role:
The Strategic Workforce Analyst will support Telenets strategic workforce planning agenda, ensuring future workforce needs align with the companys long-term business strategy. This role involves gathering and analyzing workforce and labor market data, building models and dashboards, and creating actionable insights to help leadership anticipate and respond to workforce shifts.
Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze internal workforce data and external labor market trends
Translate data insights into planning assumptions and strategic narratives
Develop and maintain workforce models and projections (supply/demand, gaps, roles segmentation, scenario modeling)
Prepare reports and visualizations for HR and senior leadership
Collaborate closely with Talent, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and HRBPs to identify critical roles and future skills
Embed and translate strategic workforce planning into operational planning
Organize and facilitate workshops with business teams
Develop supply and demand models for workforce planning
Requirements & Qualifications:
2-5 years of relevant experience in HR analytics, business analysis, or strategic planning
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and analytics tools
Strong data analysis skills
Experience or highly familiar with workforce planning, talent management, or organization development
Curious, analytical, and able to simplify complex information
Strong communication skills and team player mentality
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of workforce strategy
Must have skills:
Mastery of Excel
Proficiency in PowerPoint
Data analysis and interpretation
Nice to have skills:
Experience in workforce planning
Knowledge of HR practices
Modeling skills
Workshop facilitation skills
