IT Business Analyst

Description/Role:
The role is for a Business Consultant/Senior IT Business Analyst within the Product Journey Tribe. The focus is on the appointment journey for in-home services and maintaining network quality. The consultant will work closely with architects, business, and process analysts to design reliable and scalable solutions..

Responsibilities:

• Support the Product Owner in building and aligning the roadmap with stakeholders.
• Develop and refine the backlog, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure the designed solutions are sustainable, maintainable, and user-friendly.
• Take ownership of initiatives, drive coordination with stakeholders, and resolve conflicts.
• Work closely with software architects to develop overall solution designs.
• Coach and challenge on- and offshore analysts, developers, and testers.
• Monitor the quality, consistency, and scalability of applications.
• Present proposals for improvements and support efficient prioritization.
• Write and maintain coherent IT processes, requirements, documentation, and scripts.
• Inspect, control, and foster adaptation to change by monitoring the realization of the Product Journey Backlog.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Master's or bachelor's degree with over 5-7 years of IT experience, ideally in telco or utility sectors.
• Proven expertise: At least 3 years as a business analyst or consultant, with a strong track record in analyzing and designing information systems, especially for integration projects (API).

Nice to have skills:

• Background as a developer/software engineer.
• Knowledge of telecom products or experience within a telco environment.
