GoFlow BPO – Applicant Terms & Conditions

By submitting an application through GoFlow BPO (“we”, “our”, “us”), you (“the applicant”, “candidate”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Data and Information Sharing

• By applying for a role through GoFlow BPO, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information for recruitment and placement purposes.
• You authorise GoFlow BPO to share your application details, CV, and relevant personal data with internal stakeholders and with clients who have requested recruitment or job placement services.
• Information shared will be strictly limited to what is necessary for assessing your suitability for a given role.
• We respect your privacy and are committed to processing your data in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and applicable data protection laws.

2. Accuracy of Information

• You confirm that all information submitted to GoFlow BPO is true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification from current or future placement opportunities.

3. Residency Confirmation

• By applying, you confirm that you currently reside in South Africa and are legally eligible to work within the country.

4. Use of Data

• Your information will be used solely for recruitment-related purposes, including but not limited to candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and placement with clients.
• GoFlow BPO will not sell or disclose your personal data to any third party for marketing or unrelated purposes.

5. Candidate Rights

• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your stored personal information at any time by contacting our team.
• All requests will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

6. Agreement
