About the Position:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help grow our Italian Market.
You will build relationships with our clients and play an essential role in developing and managing ongoing partnerships to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with clients to understand their current and future training needs, challenges and identify approaches to maximize goFLUENTs impact.
  • Onboard new clients as a goFLUENT product expert.
  • Analyze client data and conduct business reviews to drive a high level of engagement and satisfaction with the goFLUENT training solution.
  • Be a growth driver, by identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Collect feedback and analyze the learners experience to offer improvement opportunities and contribute to developing our digital solution.
  • Develop a credible voice for digital learning best practices and provide industry insights, guidance and recommendations to optimize clients training performance.


You will love this job if you:

  • Have a passion for Customer Success and minimum 2 years experience in a B2B company
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization and adapt easily to change
  • Are organized, methodical and able to adapt as the projects are varied
  • Have good analytical skills
  • Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills (in Italian) with excellent follow-up to meet customer expectations
  • Are a committed team player who values diversity and knowledge sharing in a fast, growing and respectful work environment
  • Have an advanced level of English to collaborate with colleagues worldwide
