About the job Account Executive Korea

goFLUENT is looking for an Account Executive who will play a key role in the development of our business activities within the Korean market. At goFLUENT, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to a dynamic and international environment by acquiring new key accounts, while also working with high profile corporate clients and building lasting, consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders and decision makers throughout the country.

What You'll Do

  • Develop our market territory by prospecting potential clients, identifying the decision makers, providing proposals and closing meetings.

  • Qualify and understand your prospects business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.

  • Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions.

  • Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts.

  • Work and collaborate with the internal teams to help close sales opportunities.

  • Participate in exhibitions and events.

  • Travel to customer sites across your territory to support your sales efforts.


What You'll Need

  • Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales (HR services, recruitment, financial, professional services and similar). Good to have SaaS and international experience.

  • Fluent written and spoken Korean, intermediate to advanced level of English is preferred.

  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

  • Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.

  • Proactive, personable, hard-working and easily adaptable.

  • Active on social media in a business context. Experience using LinkedIn.

  • Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR solutions (SaaS) industry is definitely a plus.

  • BA or BS required, MBA a plus.
