Senior Data Engineer (Cloud)

• Location: Remote (Latin America only).

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer (Cloud) to design, optimize, and maintain modern cloud-based data infrastructure. In this role, youll build and scale data pipelines, enable advanced analytics and machine learning use cases, and collaborate across teams to deliver robust, high-quality data solutions. This position is hands-on technical no lead/management experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, feature engineering pipelines, and data models.
• Develop data solutions leveraging Python, SQL, and cloud-native services.
• Ensure quality through testing, troubleshooting, and proactive monitoring.
• Support identity resolution as part of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementation.
• Work with existing warehouse data and CDP platform data (for marketing buildouts, email campaigns, and customer 360 initiatives).
• Contribute in both independent and collaborative team environments.

Key Skills (Must-Have)

• Python and SQL.
• AWS (Lambda, Glue, Kinesis, Firehose, Athena, S3, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, API Gateway).
• Snowflake.
• Strong ETL pipeline development experience.
• CI/CD tools (GitHub, GitHub Actions, CodePipeline).
• CloudFormation and infrastructure-as-code.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
• Background in Customer 360 solutions.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow).
• Experience with ETL platforms (Informatica PowerCenter / IICS).
