About the Role

Were looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Agile practices and cloud-based project delivery to lead and drive complex initiatives across diverse global teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about collaboration, and knows how to manage multiple stakeholders in enterprise settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale cloud-based projects, preferably on AWS, following SCRUM methodology.
• Manage the entire SDLC, ensuring compliance with client-defined standards and quality benchmarks.
• Build and maintain strong communication channels between Product Owners, SMEs, vendors, architecture, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee critical project processes such as Change Management, Knowledge Management, Risk Management, and Quality Management.
• Coach and support cross-functional teams while promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Support training and team development plans to ensure project success and team growth.
• Prepare and deliver professional-level presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to define the product vision, create and maintain the backlog, and support release planning.
• Act as a central point of coordination between internal teams, client Product Managers, and external vendors to ensure project alignment.
• Identify and remove obstacles across projects and maintain momentum toward sprint and release goals.
• Utilize Agile tools (JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps, etc.) to ensure accurate tracking of tasks, epics, and sprint progress.
• Cultivate a healthy team environment, managing team dynamics while shielding teams from external distractions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management roles, preferably in cloud-based environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing Agile teams and coaching Agile practices.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile frameworks, and Scrum methodology.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, business units, and global delivery teams.
• Experience using Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Fluency in English, upper B2+.
• Scrum Master or related Agile certification is a plus.
