We are on the lookout for a sharp and proactive Systems Engineer to support and elevate a suite of enterprise-critical SaaS and collaboration tools. This is a high-impact role focused on automation, platform security, and operational excellence.

You wont just manage systemsyoull optimize them. You'll work hands-on with platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Zoom, and others to reduce friction, improve security, and create scalable workflows through scripting and API integrations.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems through automation, proactively enhances systems, and isnt afraid to leverage AI tools (like Gemini or ChatGPT) to push productivity to the next level.

Responsibilities

• SaaS Administration: Own the configuration and ongoing management of tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and Zoom.
  
• Support Ops: Handle Tier 2/3 support tickets, access requests, and daily configuration changes.
  
• Security Hardening: Implement access controls (RBAC), security policies, SSO/SAML integrations, and DLP strategies across platforms.
  
• Automation & Scripting: Build and maintain process automations using Python, Google Apps Script, or Bash. Leverage APIs to connect and streamline systems.
  
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and lead improvements that enhance security, usability, and team productivity.
  
• Documentation: Maintain clear internal guides, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
• AI-Driven Workflows: Use AI assistants (Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.) as daily tools for scripting, documentation, troubleshooting, and research.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Systems Engineer or Systems Administrator, ideally in SaaS-heavy environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Jira/Confluence, Zoom.
• Proficient in scripting: Python, Google Apps Script, Bash.
• Solid grasp of API integrations and automation using RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of SSO, SAML, RBAC, DLP, and SaaS security best practices.
• Experience documenting internal workflows, knowledge bases, and user guides.
• A passion for building smarter systemsand a habit of leaning into AI tools for efficiency.

Bonus Points for:

• Certifications in Google Workspace or Atlassian products.
• Experience managing IdPs like Okta or Azure AD.
• Background in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL or ITSM frameworks.
