Location: (Hybrid) - Washington D.C. 

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership, strong communication, and hands-on program execution skills to drive successful outcomes across large-scale initiatives. 

Candidates must be able to commute to Washington, DC and be either U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, or hold valid authorization to work in the U.S. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. 

Requirements: 

  • A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated experience managing and leading multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proven success in managing at least two projects using Agile methodologies, each involving a minimum of 20 personnel directly reporting or working under their management in a professional setting. 

Federal Experience
Prior experience supporting federal government projects is required, including familiarity with federal compliance standards, documentation practices, and project delivery in government environments.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive background in program and project management, particularly in IT-related environments, and demonstrate expertise in the following areas:
  • Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Skilled in making strategic decisions under pressure and driving team performance.
  • Agile Project Management: Proficiency in Agile development frameworks and project management tools.
  • Experience overseeing Agile initiatives from inception to delivery.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to convey project updates, issues, and solutions effectively to clients, team members, and senior leadership.
  • Risk Management: Experienced in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to IT projects and contracts.
  • Contract Management
  • Familiarity with contract administration, compliance, and legal aspects.
  • Experience managing contracts within governmental or highly regulated industries is a plus.
  • Problem Solving & Decision Making: Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Financial Management: Experience managing financial operations and budgets for programs equivalent in size and complexity to this IDIQ contract.
