We are building a powerful AI-powered platform that automates complex data migration and cleansing processes for enterprise ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, and Infor. Our mission is to eliminate error-prone, manual work and replace it with intelligent automation that accelerates enterprise transformation.

Were looking for a hands-on Lead AI Engineer to take full ownership of the intelligence layer of our platformdesigning and deploying models and features that can:

  • Automatically detect data quality issues

  • Generate business rules from natural language

  • Enable intelligent data transformation at scale

This is a high-impact lead role that blends deep technical ML/NLP skills with product intuition and startup speed. Youll build production-grade models that help global enterprises modernize their ERP data landscapes and automate critical processes with confidence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI/ML models for:

    • Data profiling, quality scoring, and duplicate detection

    • Natural language interpretation of business rules

    • LLM-powered SQL/business rule generation

  • Build and optimize prompt engineering pipelines for structured data transformation

  • Develop robust, scalable APIs to expose AI features to internal teams and clients

  • Ensure explainability, traceability, and version control of model outputs in production

  • Define an AI/ML architecture that supports rapid iteration, feedback loops, and observability

  • Collaborate across product, backend, and data engineering to embed intelligence into end-user workflows

  • Lead initiatives for developing Text-to-SQL LLMs with semantic accuracy and performance at scale

️ Hard Skills Required

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with structured enterprise data

  • Strong Python skills; hands-on with LangChain, Transformers, spaCy, and related NLP libraries

  • Experience with LLMs, prompt tuning, and deploying models using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks

  • Solid understanding of SQL, data cleansing, profiling, and data quality metrics

  • Experience building explainable and production-ready ML systems

  • Proven experience in data migration from any ERP system to S/4HANA

  • Familiarity with solutions that provide semantic understanding to LLMs, such as ontologies and graph databases

  • Strong communication and documentation skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Highly collaborative, especially in remote and cross-cultural environments

  • Pragmatic and user-focused: you care about solving real user problems, not just optimizing models

Strongly Preferred Experience

We are especially interested in candidates with applied AI experience in enterprise data engineering and ERP migration, including:

  • Experience with tools like Databricks, Talend, SAP Business Data Cloud

  • Building LLM-based systems that generate SQL queries within enterprise platforms like SAP or Oracle Fusion ERP

  • Hands-on experience solving challenges in enterprise data migration and transformation, rather than general-purpose AI or academic NLP research
