Senior Business Analyst & Data Analytics (CPG Industry)

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst & Data Analytics (CPG Industry - Consumer Packaged Goods) 

Experience: 6+ years

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in development (Power BI, SQL, Python), excellent client management skills, and in-depth understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, leading data-driven projects, and delivering high-impact insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, user interviews, and solution walkthroughs.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications.

Data & Analytics:

• Perform data exploration, profiling, and analysis using SQL and Python.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
• Interpret data patterns and trends to generate actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across data sources.

Client Engagement & Delivery:

• Lead client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
• Manage expectations and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeliness standards.
• Provide analytical support to clients and internal teams, addressing questions and concerns effectively.

CPG Domain Expertise:

• Apply domain knowledge to understand business models, sales, supply chain, and consumer behavior specific to the CPG industry.
• Use industry benchmarks and best practices to guide analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications: 

• Background as a Business Analyst
• Background in Development (PBI / SQL / Python)
• Good Client management skills
• Good CPG / Data understanding 
• English level B2 or above is required 

Good to have: Power BI
