About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and innovative GenAI Engineer who thrives at the cutting edge of artificial intelligence. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building a new GenAI system from scratch in the AWS cloud. You will leverage agentic frameworks, LLM orchestration, and advanced tooling to develop intelligent, scalable workflows that go far beyond basic chatbots. Your focus will be on multi-agent coordination, memory optimization, and contextual reasoning. If you are excited about turning LLMs into robust, production-grade systems, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies to optimize LLM outputs for complex tasks.

  • Build intelligent, scalable workflows using agentic frameworks.

  • Design and implement multi-agent systems capable of collaboration, reasoning, and tool usage.

  • Integrate and manage various tools such as file managers, web search modules, and relational/NoSQL databases.

  • Experiment with different memory types to enhance agent recall and context management.

  • Work with Anthropic Claude and AWS-based GenAI infrastructure as needed.

Main Stack

  • Must-Have Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in Python.

    • Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering principles.

    • Hands-on experience with LangChain and/or LlamaIndex.

    • Demonstrated experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph).

  • Preferred Experience (not mandatory):

    • Familiarity with Anthropic Claude or similar non-OpenAI LLMs.

    • Understanding of multi-agent collaboration patterns and orchestration.

    • Experience working with memory types in agentic workflows.

    • Comfort with integrating agent tools such as:

      • File systems

      • Web search interfaces

      • Relational/NoSQL databases

  • Nice to Have:

    • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP).

    • Hands-on experience with:

      • AWS Bedrock

      • AWS Bedrock Agents

      • AWS Knowledge Base
