About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics Consultant to support large, regulated industry clients in the financial services, insurance, healthcare, and life sciences sectors. You will work alongside an agency team and external subject matter experts to help clients modernize their digital data analytics strategies, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and meet strict compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
About the Role:
Our clients often seek help evaluating and improving their digital data ecosystems. This includes ensuring tracking is accurate, integrated with the marketing tech stack, and capable of delivering clear, actionable insights. As a consultant, your work will support measurable business outcomes, optimized digital experiences, and reliable reporting across platforms.
Typical Project Focus Areas:

Site Experience Optimization: Drive data-informed web improvements by analyzing user behavior and providing clear, ongoing reporting.

Digital Marketing Efficiency: Use analytics to improve paid/organic search, display, email, and emerging areas like Generative AI Optimization (GEO) so clients content shows in AI-driven search experiences.

Customer Intelligence: Support integrated insights from CDPs, ABM tools, and CRMs to help client teams understand audience behavior across channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead discovery sessions to understand business goals, define audiences, and align on analytics strategy.

Develop and document reporting frameworks, KPIs, custom dashboards, and stakeholder-facing insights.

Design detailed technical specifications, including schema design, tagging structures, and integration plans.

Oversee the creation and implementation of data layers, tag management systems (TMS), and other analytics tools.

Collaborate on the setup of advanced analytics environments, including tools like GA4, Amplitude, Tealium, and platforms such as Google BigQuery.

Conduct quality assurance testing pre- and post-launch to validate tracking accuracy and data integrity.

Deliver workshops and knowledge transfer sessions to upskill client stakeholders and ensure long-term success.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital data analytics, with proven success supporting complex, regulated organizations.
- Strong knowledge of marketing technology stacks, data governance, and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA).
- Experience implementing tools like GA4, Amplitude, Tealium, CDPs, CRM integrations, and working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Google BigQuery).
- Ability to translate technical solutions into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing measurement, optimization tactics, and site performance analysis.
- Familiarity with Generative AI optimization strategies is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional project teams.
