We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in IT recruiting and staff augmentation to help scale global engineering teams for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building strong relationships, and takes full ownership of the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process: intake, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to define technical requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Source and engage top technical talent across Latin America.

  • Maintain clear communication with candidates, ensuring a world-class experience throughout.

  • Keep our ATS organized and accurate.

  • Track key hiring metrics and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency and quality.

Deliverables

  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for engineering and product roles.

  • Reduce time-to-fill while improving candidate and client satisfaction.

  • Deliver smooth, transparent processes for every open position.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Technical Recruiter in a staff augmentation, consulting, or IT services company.

    Proven success hiring software engineers, data engineers, DevOps, QA, and related roles.

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently.

  • Strong understanding of remote and nearshore hiring models.

  • Advanced English (C1) comfortable leading interviews and assessing English level.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience hiring for US-based clients.

  • Familiarity with contractor vs. employee frameworks across LATAM.

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Boolean/X-ray search and analytics.

  • Exposure to KPI-driven recruitment operations.
