Smartsheet Migration Specialist 

Contract: Temporary - 3  months project.
Location: Remote (LATAM-based candidates only)
Working Hours: US Central Time 
English Level: B2+ or C1

We're partnering with a fast-paced organization on a high-impact migration project and are looking for a Smartsheet Migration Specialist with strong workflow automation experience. This is a contract role focused on analyzing, planning, and executing the migration of Smartsheet-based processes into platforms like JIRA or Google Sheets before an upcoming Smartsheet renewal in late September.

What Youll Do

• Assess and document existing workflows, automations, and integrations currently managed within Smartsheet
• Define a clear migration strategy to JIRA, Google Sheets, or other PM tools
• Rebuild or redesign automations and processes to ensure continuity and minimal disruption
• Provide expert technical guidance and best practices for post-migration optimization
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, test outcomes, and ensure a smooth handoff

What Were Looking For

• Strong expertise in Smartsheet, including complex automations and integrations
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and advanced Google Sheets (formulas, scripts, and automation)
• Previous experience leading process migrations or similar technical transitions
• Ability to analyze, scope, and execute migration plans independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English (B2+ minimum)

️ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with project management or IT service management environments
• Background in process design or systems implementation
