Salesforce Engineer (Marketing/Data Cloud)

We are hiring a Salesforce Engineer focused on quality, advanced configuration, and product hardening. You will validate and improve an application that accelerates discovery, planning, and execution in Salesforce. The primary goal is to raise cloud-by-cloud execution confidence to 90%+ and document any remaining manual steps in sandbox. 

What You Will Do 

• Execute end-to-end test scenarios across multiple Salesforce products, with priority on Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Validate agent-driven actions for accuracy, completeness, and best practices; identify and document manual steps required in sandbox.
• Maintain test libraries and regression suites; prioritize coverage by risk and impact.
• Produce structured weekly QA reports with actionable insights and clear evidence.
• Write clear Markdown documentation, file issues in Linear, and attach concise screenshots or short screen recordings. 

Requirements

• 5-10 years of hands-on Salesforce administration or implementation experience, including depth in Data Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (minimum) plus at least one specialty certification aligned with Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud. Active Trailhead Ranger (or higher) preferred.
• Strong sandboxing and troubleshooting skills, with working knowledge of QA concepts and test design.
• English level B2 or above is required. 

Nice to Have

Experience with Flow (advanced), Einstein, Apex for test scaffolding, and QA frameworks.
Background in AI or automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
