SEO Specialist

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our growing SEO department. In this role, youll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive measurable improvements in organic search performance across multiple client websites.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in problem-solving, keeps a close eye on SEO trends and best practices, and brings hands-on expertise in technical SEO. Youll play a key role in diagnosing issues, implementing solutions, and ensuring websites are optimized to perform at their best.

Responsibilities:

  • Use a suite of SEO tools to analyze performance and prioritize tasks.
  • Manage and optimize WordPress websites (front and back end).
  • Develop and execute content, keyword, and topic strategies.
  • Build and refine content silo structures.
  • Merge or restructure existing blog posts as needed.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance content.
  • Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, interlinks, outbound links, images, and URLs.
  • Implement redirects and maintain proper site structure.
  • Drive Local SEO strategies (Google Business Profile).
  • Identify backend technical issues and provide clear recommendations for developers.
  • Monitor keyword rankings and website health on an ongoing basis.
  • Use Google Search Console to identify indexing and performance issues.
  • Provide detailed campaign updates and performance insights to internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve site-wide front-end issues (WordPress/Elementor).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SEO (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of current SEO best practices, trends, and technical strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress (front and back end).
  • Familiarity with SEO tools listed above.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
