Private Pickleball Coach

About the Role: The demand for private Pickleball lessons in the Coachella Valley is exploding, and Golden Racket Academy is expanding our local roster to keep up. We are looking for a highly motivated coach to take on new clients across Palm Springs, La Quinta, and Cathedral City, coaching everywhere from Demuth Park to private HOA courts. If you want a full schedule without the headache of marketing yourself, we need to talk.

We serve premium clients who expect excellent coaching, clear communication, and a consistent experience. You bring the coaching expertise to the court; we handle the operations, marketing, client acquisition, and billing.

What You'll Do:

• Coach private and small-group pickleball lessons for mixed ages and skill levels.
• Provide individualized feedback on technique, movement, and strategy.
• Create simple, effective lesson plans tailored to each student's specific goals.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients regarding lesson logistics.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1+ years of coaching experience (pickleball or tennis coaching welcome).
• Professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local courts.
• Must be able to pass a standard background check.
