Position: IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale IT initiatives across enterprise platforms and digital solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving cross-functional collaboration across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in managing complex IT projects in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Job Description:

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects including software development, system implementation, infrastructure deployment, and digital platform initiatives
• Develop project strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans aligned with organizational goals
  
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery within timeline and budget
  
• Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and ensure project milestones are achieved
  
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, assigning responsibilities and ensuring effective collaboration
  
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts
  
• Oversee the preparation and management of project documentation, reporting, and governance processes
  
• Lead project communications and ensure clear and consistent stakeholder engagement at all levels
  
• Conduct strategic analysis and solution planning to improve project outcomes and operational efficiency
  
• Manage vendor selection processes, RFP preparation, and contract negotiations for project services and technology solutions
  
• Represent and manage projects on behalf of CP All Public Company Limited or its subsidiary companies when required

Job Specification:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  
• 8–10+ years of experience in IT project management or technology program delivery
  
• Strong background in software development, system implementation, or enterprise IT solutions
  
• Proven experience managing large-scale or complex IT projects
  
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
  
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification

• Experience managing enterprise-scale digital transformation or technology platform projects

• Experience working with large organizations or retail technology ecosystems

• Familiarity with cloud technologies, enterprise systems, and modern software architectures

• Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
