Position: Data Analyst

we are seeking an experienced Expert Data Analyst with strong expertise in data visualization, business intelligence architecture, and advanced analytics. In this role, you will lead the development of enterprise-level dashboards and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to transform complex data into strategic insights that support innovation in retail and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Data Visualization & BI Architecture

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale dashboards and analytics platforms using tools such as QlikSense, Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies

• Establish best practices and standards for data visualization, dashboard design, and reporting frameworks

• Ensure dashboards deliver clear, actionable insights for business leaders and operational teams

Advanced Data Analysis

• Analyze large-scale and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support strategic decision-making

• Apply advanced analytical techniques to support business optimization and performance monitoring

• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support product, operational, and strategic initiatives

Data Management & Data Modeling

• Design and maintain data models, semantic layers, and reporting frameworks for enterprise BI solutions

• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure high-quality, reliable, and scalable data pipelines

• Define data governance and data quality standards for reporting and analytics

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with business units and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions

• Present insights and analytical findings to both technical teams and senior business stakeholders

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and BI developers

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve analytics capabilities, reporting automation, and decision-support systems

• Stay up to date with emerging trends in data analytics, BI platforms, and data visualization technologies

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields

• 6–8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles

• Strong expertise in BI and data visualization platforms such as QlikSense, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau

• Advanced SQL skills for complex data extraction, transformation, and analysis

• Strong understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing concepts

• Experience working with large datasets and enterprise analytics environments

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations

Preferred

• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark, Databricks, or Hadoop

• Experience supporting retail, e-commerce, or digital platform analytics

• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced data analysis

• Experience implementing data governance and BI strategy
