Business Analyst

Job Description:

Collect and Analyze business requirements

• Develop business requirement document
• Identify IT requirements and IT solutions
• Facilitates business users & vendors in decision making and problem resolutions
• Manage user acceptance and Manage project transition to operations
• Work on behalf of CP ALL IT management Team

Qualifications :

Bachelor/Master degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology or related field

• New graduate for Junior Position
• At least 5 years working experience in business analyst for Senior Position
• Experience in software development project by SDLC or Agile methodology
• English language proficiency (speaking and writing) is a plus
• Have strong experience in Retail or Convenience Store business
• Experience in O2O, E-Commerce project is a plus
• Experience in Human Resource Area, HR Management System, Time & Payroll, Performance Management, Talent & Succession Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors,is a plus
