Job Responsibilities:

• IT Sales Executive (Business Development & Account Management):

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the enterprise and retail sectors.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Present high-level IT solutions, prepare commercial proposals, formulate quotations, and skillfully negotiate contracts.

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets (KPIs) while driving revenue growth.

• IT Pre-Sales Consultant (Solution Design & Technical Advisory):

• Analyze deep customer requirements and translate business needs into robust, scalable IT solutions.

• Support the sales team in client meetings by conducting compelling product demonstrations and executing Proof-of-Concept (POC) initiatives.

• Design solution architectures and prepare comprehensive technical proposals and documentation.

• Act as the technical liaison, collaborating closely with internal teams (Developers, Project Managers) and external vendors to ensure successful solution delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Junior (0-3 years): Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Possesses a strong foundational understanding of IT services, excellent communication skills, and a highly self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset.

• Mid-Senior (3-7 years): Proven track record in B2B IT Sales / Solution Sales or as a Pre-Sales Consultant / System Engineer. Capable of handling end-to-end sales cycles, designing complex system integrations, and working effectively under pressure. Good command of English is required.

• Expert / Specialist (7+ years): Extensive existing client network in the enterprise/retail sector. Capable of closing multi-million baht deals, advising C-level executives on digital transformation strategies, or architecting large-scale multi-cloud and enterprise software deployments.

Skills / Tools & Technology:

• Sales & Business Development: B2B Enterprise Sales, Account Management, CRM Management, Negotiation, Commercial Proposal Writing, Client Relationship Management.

• Domain Expertise: Retail Solutions, POS (Point of Sale) Systems, ERP, System Integration, E-commerce platforms.

• Technical & Architecture (For Pre-Sales): Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, and Enterprise Infrastructure.

• Cloud Platforms: Knowledge and hands-on experience in AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Professional Certifications (Highly Preferred / Advantageous):

• For Pre-Sales / Technical Roles: Cloud Architecture Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect), ITIL.

• For Sales Roles: Vendor-specific Sales Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Sales Specialist, AWS Business Professional) or recognized strategic selling credentials.
