Network Engineer

Job Description:
1. Design, implement, maintain, and optimize network infrastructure and edge network solutions to support
Gosoft's IT systems and services.
2. Manage and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and related
network infrastructure.
3. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot network issues, and ensure high availability, stability, and
reliability of network services.
4. Manage network connectivity across data centers, cloud environments, offices, branches, and other
related systems.
5. Support network implementation, configuration, maintenance, upgrade, and optimization in accordance
with enterprise network and security standards.
6. Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Cyber Security, Software Development teams, and external vendors
to resolve network-related issues and deliver network solutions.
7. Perform network monitoring, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and preventive actions to
minimize service disruption.
8. Maintain network configuration, topology diagrams, technical documentation, and related operational
documents.
9. Participate in network projects and support the implementation of new technologies to improve network
performance, scalability, and security.
10. Follow Gosoft's IT infrastructure, network security, change management, and operational standards.

Job Specification:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology,
Network Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience in Network Engineering, Network Infrastructure, or IT Infrastructure.
3. Good understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and Network Security.
4. Experience with network technologies and equipment such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or related
technologies.
5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze network incidents and
identify root causes.
6. Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional
teams.
7. Network certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet, or other relevant certifications will be an
advantage.
