Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

Gosoft (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Gosoft Referral Program (“Program”). By participating, you (“Referrer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open to individuals who are:

  • At least 18 years old

  • Legal residents of Thailand or countries where Gosoft (Thailand) operates

  • Not current employees of Gosoft (Thailand) (unless explicitly allowed)

• Gosoft reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate any of these Terms.

2. How the Referral Program Works

• Referrers will receive a unique referral link or code to share with eligible candidates.

• A “Successful Referral” occurs when:

  1. The referred candidate applies via the referral link or mentions the referrer in the application process.

  2. The candidate is hired by Gosoft (Thailand) and completes [e.g. 90 days] of employment.

• Referrers will be notified once the referral is confirmed as successful.

3. Rewards

• Upon a successful referral, the Referrer will receive [describe reward, e.g. a 5,000 THB cash reward or voucher].

• Rewards are subject to applicable taxes and reporting requirements.

• Rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

4. Restrictions

• Self-referrals are not allowed.

• Referred candidates must be new applicants and not previously in contact with Gosoft.

• Multiple Referrers for the same candidate: only the first Referrer recorded in the system will be eligible.

5. Fraud or Misuse

• Gosoft reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards for referrals that are:

  • Fraudulent or deceptive

  • Violating company policies

  • Resulting from spam, mass marketing, or unauthorized advertising

6. Changes and Termination

• Gosoft reserves the right to:

  • Modify or terminate the Program at any time without notice

  • Amend reward values or eligibility criteria

• Referrals submitted before program changes will be honored under the previous terms.

7. Privacy

• Information collected through the Program will be handled according to Gosoft (Thailand)’s Privacy Policy.

• Referrers should not share personal data of referred candidates without their consent.
