Key Roles
1. Casino Dealer (Table Games)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct table games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, and Baccarat according to house rules and gaming regulations.
- Handle guest bets, payouts, and chip management accurately.
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests at all times.
- Monitor gaming activity to prevent cheating, fraud, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Keep the gaming area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with promotions and special gaming events.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a casino dealer preferred.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Certification or training in gaming operations (if required by cruise line).
2. Slot Attendant / Slot Technician
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with slot machine operation and provide instructions on games.
- Handle slot machine payouts accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor machines for malfunctions and report technical issues promptly.
- Promote and explain slot promotions and loyalty programs.
- Ensure the slot area is clean, safe, and visually appealing.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience in a casino or hospitality environment preferred.
- Basic technical understanding of gaming machines is a plus.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to engage guests.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
3. Casino Host / Guest Relations
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with VIP and high-value guests.
- Organize and coordinate casino events, tournaments, and promotions.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with the casino team to enhance guest experiences.
- Track guest activity and maintain accurate records for loyalty programs.

General Requirements for Casino Department Staff
