The Bar Department is responsible for delivering high-quality beverage service across all bars, lounges, restaurants, and entertainment venues onboard. The team plays a key role in guest satisfaction by providing professional, efficient, and friendly service while maintaining strict hygiene, safety, and company standards.

  • Assistant Bar Manager
  • Head Bartender / Lead Bartender
  • Bartender
  • Barista – coffee preparation and service
  • Wine Steward – wine selection, service, and guest education
  • Bar Utility / Bar Waiter / Bar Server
  • Beverage Runner

Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous bar, coffee, or hospitality experience preferred (shipboard experience an advantage)
  • Certification in wine service or sommelier training for Wine Stewards preferred
  • Barista training or experience operating espresso machines for Baristas preferred
