The Bar Department is responsible for delivering high-quality beverage service across all bars, lounges, restaurants, and entertainment venues onboard. The team plays a key role in guest satisfaction by providing professional, efficient, and friendly service while maintaining strict hygiene, safety, and company standards.

- Assistant Bar Manager
- Head Bartender / Lead Bartender
- Bartender
- Barista – coffee preparation and service
- Wine Steward – wine selection, service, and guest education
- Bar Utility / Bar Waiter / Bar Server
- Beverage Runner
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous bar, coffee, or hospitality experience preferred (shipboard experience an advantage)
- Certification in wine service or sommelier training for Wine Stewards preferred
- Barista training or experience operating espresso machines for Baristas preferred
