  1. DEBT COLLECTOR

The DEBT COLLECTOR will be responsible for procuring unpaid dues from defaulting clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
  • Calling and emailing defaulters to restate their dues.
  • Locating fugitive defaulters through telephonic and desktop investigations.
  • Proposing realistic, carefully-constructed payment plans.
  • Negotiating newly-adjusted payment plans.
  • Monitoring defaulters' repayments to stop recurrent non-compliance.
  • Maintaining an updated, exhaustive paper trail.
  • Instituting suitable, timely legal action, if needed.
  • Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.

Education & Experience

  • Diploma in finance, degree is an added advantage
  • At least one year experience in debt collection
  • Familiar with debt-related legal provisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Discerning, attentive, and thorough.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills

  • ACCOUNTANT

The ACCOUNTANT will be responsible for maintaining and managing account related records, including managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into the internal databases and reconciling invoices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Create and update expense reports
  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases
  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy
  • Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
  • Must be ready to work on weekends

Education & Experience

  • Diploma in Accounting or ZICA Level 2, ACCA level 2
  • At least 2 Years hands on experience
  • Computer literate
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software PASTEL or SAGE Evolution
  1. ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

The ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER will be responsible for performing all administrative and clerical duties necessary for effective office management. The Administrative Officer's responsibilities will include welcoming visitors and clients, overseeing the activities of office cleaning staff and maintenance vendors, as well as typing and proofreading various company documents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
  • Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
  • Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Systematically filing important company documents.
  • Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
  • Scheduling meetings

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or business management.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience working in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of business management.
  • The ability to multitask.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
