As a General Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages. This includes diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses, as well as promoting preventative health measures. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough patient consultations and physical examinations
- Diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions
- Prescribing medications and other treatments as necessary
- Monitoring and managing chronic conditions
- Providing preventative health services, such as health screenings and immunizations
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current with medical advancements and best practices
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Practitioner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical skills and ability to make accurate diagnoses
