GPC Philippines Corporation is currently seeking an Netsuite Administrator. This position will work from 12:00 am to 9:00 AM PHT and applies only to Philippine-based legal residents and citizens.

Work time will shift to better hours over time.



Job Description 

The NetSuite Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining the NetSuite ERP system to ensure optimal performance, data integrity, and reliable support for business operations across finance, operations, and other cross-functional departments. This role serves as the primary internal point of contact for all NetSuite-related needs, including system administration, user access and permissions management, workflow configuration, custom reporting, and troubleshooting. The NetSuite Administrator will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, implement system enhancements, and ensure the platform is being utilized to its fullest potential. This position requires a technically capable and business-minded professional who can balance day-to-day system support with ongoing process improvement initiatives, maintain thorough documentation, and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals. Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users are essential for success in this role.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring consistent system performance, uptime, and reliability across all business functions
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring appropriate access controls and security standards are upheld at all times
  • Configure and maintain workflows, saved searches, custom forms, records, reports, and dashboards to support operational and reporting needs
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions and enhancements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, configuration errors, and integration failures in a timely manner while documenting root causes and resolutions
  • Perform regular system audits and data integrity checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards
  • Manage data imports, exports, and migrations using CSV imports and other native NetSuite tools
  • Support the implementation and configuration of new NetSuite modules, third-party integrations, and system updates as business needs evolve
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, workflows, processes, and changes
  • Provide end-user training and ongoing technical support to ensure effective platform adoption across departments
  • Monitor and evaluate NetSuite release updates, assess impact on existing configurations, and implement necessary adjustments


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, including system configuration, workflow development, and user support
  • Proven ability to build and maintain saved searches, KPI dashboards, custom reports, and role-based permission structures within NetSuite
  • Solid understanding of core NetSuite modules including financials, order management, inventory, and CRM
  • Experience with SuiteFlow and native NetSuite automation tools for workflow configuration and process improvement
  • Hands-on experience with data management including CSV imports, data migrations, and data integrity audits
  • Familiarity with third-party integrations and connecting NetSuite to external platforms and applications
  • Strong understanding of business processes across finance and operations and how they relate to ERP system configuration
  • NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification is strongly preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision in a remote environment
