GPC Philippines Corporation is currently seeking a for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) ABM & ABX Focus for a US-based client. This position will be working from 12:00 am to 9:00 AM PHTand applicable for Philippine-based candidates only.
Work time will shift to better hours over time.
Job Description
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) ABM & ABX Focus will play a critical role in building the pipeline by targeting key decision-makers at priority accounts. This position is ideal for a strategic and curious sales professional with a strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Account-Based Experience (ABX) methodologies. The SDR will work closely with sales and marketing teams to execute personalized outbound campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on solving real challenges for marketing and product leaders. Key responsibilities include researching target accounts, identifying buying signals, crafting relevant outreach, qualifying leads, and scheduling discovery meetings for Account Executives. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable leveraging modern sales tools and data to drive meaningful engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with marketing and sales to identify and prioritize target accounts using ABM/ABX strategies
Execute personalized outbound campaigns via email, phone, social platforms, and events
Conduct research on target accounts to uncover pain points, decision-makers, and relevant use cases
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
Maintain accurate data and engagement tracking in Salesforce or other CRMs
Provide insights from prospect conversations to improve outreach and campaign messaging
Qualifications:
13 years of experience in a SaaS SDR/BDR role, preferably selling to marketing or product teams
Familiarity with ABM/ABX methodologies and outbound engagement tools (e.g., Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense)
Strong communication skills with the ability to craft tailored messaging
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
Preferred Experience:
Background in MarTech or Customer Engagement platforms
Understanding of mobile apps, digital product strategies, and customer retention tactics
Experience with demand generation or campaign-based sales development
