GPC Philippines Corporation is currently seeking a HubSpot Administrator for a client. This position will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time and applies to Philippine-based candidates only. It is a full-time position (not a contract or freelance position). (Once fully productive, there is a potential for a 4-hour overlap for the right candidate.)

Job Description

The HubSpot Administrator will customize and configure our HubSpot platform, encompassing CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub, to meet specific project requirements. This involves developing and implementing HubSpot templates, modules, and workflows using HubL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. You'll integrate HubSpot with third-party systems via APIs, optimize setups for SEO and performance, and provide technical support. The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree (Information Systems preferred) and 1-2 years of HubSpot administration experience, along with proficiency in HubL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Specific knowledge of HubSpot permissions, record view customization, workflows, reports, and pipelines is essential. You'll apply this expertise to create tailored HubSpot experiences for various business functions (Advisors, CX, Operations, Finance, Recruiting, etc.) and specific advisor teams, ensuring seamless functionality across the platform. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure HubSpot settings, properties, and workflows.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and roles within the platform.
  • Ensure data integrity and cleanliness by performing regular audits and updates.
  • Create and manage custom properties and fields to align with business needs.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into marketing and sales performance.
  • Analyze data trends and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Train team members on HubSpot features and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users across departments.
  • Manage integrations with third-party tools and platforms.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between HubSpot and other systems.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within HubSpot workflows and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to implement enhancements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of HubSpot processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Create user guides and training materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar role.
  • Proven experience with HubSpot's CRM, marketing automation, and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot platform functionalities, including workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic coding for email templates and landing pages is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train and support diverse teams.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Academy certifications) are preferred.
