GPC Philippines Corporation is currently seeking a HubSpot Administrator, Marketing Operations Specialist

This position will work from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT and applies only to Philippine-based legal residents and citizens.

Work time will shift to better hours over time.



Job Description 

The Senior HubSpot Marketing Administrator is responsible for powering advisor marketing at scale by building and maintaining high quality, automated programs in HubSpot that support more than 200 financial advisors. This role focuses on hands on marketing execution combined with light RevOps and lifecycle support, working closely with an existing GPC HubSpot administrator and internal advisor marketing associates to ensure HubSpot operates reliably, data quality remains strong, and lifecycle tracking and attribution are consistently improved. The Senior HubSpot Marketing Administrator builds and maintains email campaigns, nurture programs, workflows, sequences, lists, segments, forms, CTAs, and landing pages, optimizes contact lifecycle stages and key deal properties, supports advisor friendly reporting and dashboards, enforces data governance and asset organization standards, leverages HubSpot Content Hub and Breeze to manage scalable content structures, documents internal processes and playbooks, and continuously identifies system friction points with recommendations that improve efficiency, usability, and long term platform performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and maintain email campaigns, nurture programs, workflows, and sequences that advisors can leverage at scale
  • Set up and manage lists, segmentation, and dynamic audiences to support targeted advisor and client communications
  • Configure and maintain forms, CTAs, and landing pages aligned with brand standards and advisor use cases
  • Collaborate daily with an existing HubSpot administrator to divide execution work, review builds, and ensure consistency across assets
  • Maintain and optimize contact lifecycle stages, lead status, and key deal properties that support advisor marketing and reporting
  • Ensure activities including emails, sequences, meetings, and tasks are captured accurately for funnel reporting and dashboards
  • Support playbook style processes for common advisor journeys such as new prospect nurture, event follow up, and re engagement
  • Monitor and improve data hygiene for marketing critical properties and lists used by advisors and internal teams
  • Execute regular audits to address missing lifecycle stages, inconsistent lead status, and incomplete fields that impact campaigns
  • Enforce naming conventions, folder structures, and asset organization standards across the HubSpot environment
  • Leverage HubSpot Content Hub to manage reusable content, templates, and modules for advisor marketing associates
  • Use Breeze and related tooling to streamline content creation, approvals, and publishing workflows
  • Ensure content structures support advisor personalization while remaining compliant and on brand
  • Partner with internal advisor marketing associates to translate operational needs into scalable HubSpot programs
  • Document internal processes, playbooks, and system usage standards for administrators and internal teams
  • Identify recurring system issues and friction points with recommendations for incremental platform improvements

Qualifications

  • 4 to 6 plus years of hands on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub including complex workflows, segmentation, nurture programs, and reporting
  • Experience supporting B2B or advisor style environments where users rely on marketing teams to execute campaigns on their behalf
  • Strong understanding of contact lifecycle stages, lead status, and deal stages and how they support funnel and attribution reporting
  • Demonstrated experience using HubSpot Content Hub to manage centralized content for multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Breeze or similar workflow and content collaboration tools
  • Strong attention to detail in asset setup including lists, workflows, triggers, and exclusions with a habit of testing before launch
  • Clear communicator with internal stakeholders and ability to document standards and system processes
  • Ability to work East Coast hours

Nice to Have

  • HubSpot certifications in Marketing Software, Content Hub, or Reporting and RevOps
  • Experience in financial services, RIA, or other regulated industries
  • Prior experience working in contractor or agency models alongside internal and external teams
