Description of work: In this role, you will contribute to the production of prefab concrete products. Your responsibilities include preparing molds and formwork, pouring, vibrating, and finishing concrete, processing reinforcement according to technical drawings, and inspecting final products for dimensions and quality. You will also carry out minor maintenance on tools and machinery, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and identify potential improvements to processes. Collaboration with the team and maintaining high safety and quality standards are key aspects of this position.

Experience needed: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in prefabricated concrete. 
• Proven track record producing more advanced prefab elements (e.g., sandwich panels, stairs, balconies)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Basic hand tools are required (provided as needed)
• Hands-on mentality; able to work both independently and in a team
• No specific certifications or extra training required

Gross hourly: EUR 15-19 

Approx net salary: EUR 600-625
