Position Overview
As a Program Manager in Go-to-Market Transformation and Programs, you will lead the orchestration and delivery of transformation and growth initiatives critical to go-to-market strategy. Your cross-functional leadership will help turn strategic goals into measurable business outcomes that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. In this role, you will guide teams toward key milestones, remove obstacles, escalate risks with mitigation plans, provide progress visibility, and promote effective collaboration across functions.
The ideal candidate is skilled at establishing and maintaining structure and governance in both projects and broader programs. You are proactive in navigating business complexities and guiding how work gets done. While grounded in program/project management methodology, you also demonstrate leadership in stakeholder management, relationship building, facilitation, problem solving, and storytelling.
This hybrid/remote position reports to the Senior Manager of GTM Transformation & Programs. Due to the global nature of the work, standard working hours will follow Pacific Time and may flex based on program needs.
Responsibilities
Lead transformation and growth programs that contribute to measurable revenue growth or cost savings
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
Drive effective meeting and communication cadences to ensure relevant stakeholders are informed and empowered to act
Apply fundamental change management principles
Collaborate with internal product teams to align technical development with business objectives
Prepare and present decision proposals that assess multiple alternatives with pros and cons
Adopt and refine program execution best practices as recommended by the Program & Portfolio governance team
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in program or project management
Background in go-to-market growth initiatives and/or organizational transformations is preferred
Proven ability to manage complex and diverse projects, including experience with change management, process development, and internal product/IT collaboration
Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and managing large-scale rollouts
Strong collaborative skills and the ability to maintain forward momentum while working across teams
Problem-solving ability and sound judgment in ambiguous situations
Capability to manage both strategic and detailed aspects of execution
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate support across departments
Familiarity with PMO-governed methodologies and standard program management tools and artifacts
Certifications such as PMP or Change Management are a plus
Fluency or advanced proficiency in English
Willingness to travel internationally as needed (less than 25%)
