What You'll Do

  • Enroll devices with Intune following corporate procedures.
  • Provide support for software installation and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with basic Office 365 application support.
  • Track and record inbound and outbound deliveries meticulously.
  • Maintain organized records of support requests and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless IT operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal collaborators.
  • Work with ServiceNow to manage and resolve support tickets.
  • Offer support for OKTA integration and maintenance.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience in an IT support role.
  • Proven ability to work with Intune for device management.
  • Experience supporting Office 365 applications at a basic level.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow an advantage.
  • Knowledge of OKTA an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
